I am a licensed attorney and real estate broker with over 13 years in the regulatory field. I served as the Colorado Deputy Commissioner of Insurance and until June of 2010, the Colorado Director of Real Estate. While my specialty is title insurance and conservation easements, I am also qualified to provide expert reports, depositions and testimony concerning all lines of insurance, real estate transactions, loan origination, appraisals, and regulatory law. As a practicing real estate broker and licensed attorney, I will provide real world expert witness services as opposed to many individuals who are simply professional expert witnesses.
